The Apple Pencil is sticky (magnetic)

Reddit user marmalito has discovered the Apple Pencil is magnetic – only slightly, but this is enough to stick to the hinge of the iPad Pro Smart Cover.

This at least partially addresses a criticism many have had that the Pencil can be difficult to store, so could easily get lost.

marmalito is not quite sure if this is an intentional feature, or not, and it can only be used when the Smart Cover is closed. But he reckons it’s a good enough solution to keep the Pencil safe, even when carrying it.
