How would you like to win a copy of Mac Kung Fu 2nd Edition? Following on from the best-selling first edition, Mac Kung Fu 2nd Ed squeezes every drop of juice from OS X with over 400 quick and easy tips, tricks, hints and hacks. You’ll learn how to exploit secret settings and hidden apps, push built-in tools to the limit, radically personalize your Mac experience, and make “it just works” even better.

We have a print+eBook combo to give away to one lucky person living in the US or Europe, and four eBook copies that can be won by anybody anywhere in the world.

To be in with a chance of winning, email keir@keirthomas.com with one of the suggested names under consideration back in the early 80s for the Mac computer when it was being designed. Alternatively, tell us one of the code or prototype names used.

Obviously, we’re not looking for “Mac” or “Macintosh”! If you don’t already know you’ll have to search for the answer but here’s a clue: Folklore.

The competition closes on Sunday, 17th March 2013, when the winners will be drawn using a true random number generator. Good luck!

Rules: One entry per person. Winners consent to having their names mentioned on this website. We hate spam as much as you and won’t use your email or mailing address for any other purpose than running this competition. Winning decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
